COVID-19 Shipping Updates

  • We are currently delivering worldwide.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $40 
  • Our delivery partners no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to safely drop your parcel at the door without contact.
  • Please use a residential address as deliveries to business addresses may not be completed.
  • Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by government lockdowns. 

 

Like many other small businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation around the world and as we all adjust to new precautions, we wanted to take a moment to check in with you – our community – and see how you are doing. We hope you’re all staying safe and healthy, practicing social distancing and being socially responsible for the greater good of the community. 

With all that is happening right now, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but know that you’re not alone – we’re all feeling the effects and we’re all in this together. If you’re living alone, reach out to someone, and at the same time, take a moment and check in on your loved ones by picking up the phone. 

As a young business, it’s our first time dealing with this sort of unprecedented situation. If you know of anything we could do better, we would really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.

Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to keep our team and community safe. In saying that, I’d like to share some of the measures we are taking here at Orbitkey:

 

Ensuring Clear Communication

We aim to share updated information as clearly and as soon as we can. This would be in regards to shipping, production, our community and anything else that impacts the Orbitkey community and beyond. 

We have already started working remotely from home, but are still available for any form of communication and support you may need. 

Cleanliness Standards

All Orbitkey products have always been made, assembled, organised and cared for with the utmost attention to quality. All team members in our warehouses go through health checks and self-sanitise regularly.  

The same applies for all our 3rd party fulfillment centres. They follow strict standards and measures in ensuring that all materials, products, and team members are taken care of and held to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. 

 

Online Orders

On the logistical side of things, we’re still fully operational. Our delivery partners will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to safely drop your parcel at the door without contact. 

We also have our 30-day returns policy and 2-year warranty in place to give you greater flexibility and peace of mind. 

Over the coming days and weeks, we’re planning to share more exciting content, including some helpful tips on organisation at home, remote working and things to help get us through this difficult situation.
