The bag is okay it's the right size for my everyday carry. However when unboxing for the first time the bag has a number of areas with excess threads like it was mass produced and made in an assembly line. I used a lighter to secure them however the fabric at the laptop compartment melted. And it was just a split second flame exposure. So now I have a unique bag with a small hole on the padding. Otherwise it's a good bag that holds more weight than designer bags and gives the reassurance that it won't rip. Wish this came on xpac too though.

I upgraded my bag to a bigger size and don’t regret it. This is such a good bag that had a solid build. It doesn’t topple over, the handles are structured. Pockets are conveniently placed. Love how the separate laptop sleeve is all on its own, no worries about it. Best investment in a bag that stores all my things to and from work.

I bought this in Black Friday sales for interstate travel and it has been a dream! Comfortable to carry with my laptop, mouse, keyboard, headset, Nintendo Switch, a few writing pads and a drink bottle. Doesn't feel too heavy on my shoulder at all and everything packs away so neatly. Lovely material. This is the second Orbitkey purchase (tech pouch) we have made and will certainly make more purchases.

Adore this bag - everything has a place, I can fit so much in without overloading it (or without making things hard to find), and I love that you can accessorise it easily with the lil clip on the front. I have the 16L size and its perfectly compact while still fitting in all my essentials (which on most days include a 13inch laptop, notebook, drink bottle, lunch box, umbrella, toiletries and more - and theres room if I need to add in extra). Could not recommend this more and I love supporting a design-driven, B Corp Aussie business!
