We are aware of the Stage 4 Lockdown protocols in place, but want to assure you that we are currently not impacted by the restrictions and are still shipping out orders.

COVID-19 Shipping Updates

  • We are currently delivering worldwide.
  • Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by government lockdowns. 
  • For Australian orders within Victoria - Due to an influx of parcels being received by Australia Post there may be a delay in receiving your order.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $40 
  • Our delivery partners no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to safely drop your parcel at the door without contact.
  • Please use a residential address as deliveries to business addresses may not be completed.

    All Orbitkey products have always been made, assembled, organised and cared for with the utmost attention to quality. All team members in our warehouses go through health checks and self-sanitise regularly.  

    The same applies for all our 3rd party fulfillment centres. They follow strict standards and measures in ensuring that all materials, products, and team members are taken care of and held to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
